  • A mineral-rich ritual bath for opening, receiving, and renewal. Time on the warm stone table softens the nervous system while Reiki clears and harmonizes the energetic body. A personalized Human Design reading offers guidance for the season you are moving through.

    Designed as a ceremonial reset for times of transition, reflection, or rebirth, these readings are a potent mirror to your unique essence, grounded in sensory anchors to support somatic integration of the work done in session

  • A deeply restorative Reiki session offered on our heated mineral stone bed. Gentle energy healing, work is paired with grounding warmth, inviting the nervous system to soften, settle and receive. This session is ideal for those seeking quiet recalibration, emotional support, or deep rest.

    Peaceful and relaxing experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful and it’s clear how much work and effort went in to creating a natural environment. The space is private and consists of the hot rock bed, copper tub and wet sauna. There is only one room for use by appointment. It feels very secluded and has everything you need - robes, towels, cozy socks, water and a bathroom. My boyfriend and I spent 90 minutes moving between the various stations and by the end of it were fully relaxed and rejuvenated. There was a frothy cup of chai tea and snacks waiting for us when we left. Ella the spa manager is a very knowledgeable herbalist and made us feel incredibly welcome. This is a can’t miss for me next time I’m back in Taos.oes here

    Truly a little oasis in the middle of Taos. I did the stone and herbal ritual with a friend, and it was such a special experience. I usually can only tolerate steam saunas for 5–10 minutes, but with the herbs I was able to stay for 15–20 minutes—and my lungs felt incredibly soothed afterward.

    I loved the rhythm of moving between the hot stone bed, sauna, and tub. Ella has created such a peaceful, intentional space..
